Role Overview
You will partner with the sales team to deliver live product demonstrations to Mandarin-speaking prospects in Asia, translate customer requirements into AlphaSense solutions, and support the sales cycle from discovery to close. This role focuses on qualifying opportunities and presenting AlphaSense’s value to Mandarin-speaking clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct live product demonstrations and webinars for Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Translate business needs into AlphaSense capabilities and craft compelling value propositions.
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs and assist with solution scoping and proposal development.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Sales Directors, and Customer Success teams.
- Create and maintain sales enablement materials and competitive battlecards.
- Capture customer feedback and relay insights to product/content teams.
- Stay current with market intelligence tools and AlphaSense product updates.
- Travel as required to meet clients and prospects.
Requirements
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken).
- 2-5 years of experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or sales engineering within SaaS or enterprise software.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with strong storytelling ability.
- Familiarity with market intelligence, research tools, or knowledge management.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Bachelor’s degree.
