Role Overview

As the Manager, Product Specialists, Financial Services, you will lead a team of product specialists focused on the financial services vertical, driving product adoption, customer success, and revenue growth. You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Management to ensure our clients realize maximum value from AlphaSense.

Responsibilities

Build and lead a team of Product Specialists to support Financial Services accounts.
Develop and execute training programs and enablement for Enterprise customers.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Management to define success metrics, onboarding playbooks, and go-to-market strategies.
Own customer relationships with top-tier financial services clients; gather feedback; translate into product requirements.
Track and report adoption metrics; drive usage of AlphaSense platform features.
Contribute to hiring, performance reviews, and career development for the team.
Represent the customer perspective in product roadmaps and quarterly business reviews.
Travel may be required.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience leading product specialists or similar customer-facing teams in B2B SaaS or financial services.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in financial services domain or vertical.
Ability to mentor and coach a team; data-driven approach.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
