Responsibilities
- Review and validate entitlements for customers and internal users
- Maintain entitlement records, audit trails, and license usage
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and IT to resolve access issues
- Identify process improvements to streamline entitlement workflows
Qualifications
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or similar)
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration
