🎯 Requirements
- TA operations, HR ops, reporting or admin support experience
- Experience with ATS and HR systems; Greenhouse required; Workday preferred
- Strong in Google Sheets and reporting; ability to pull, analyze data
- Comfortable enforcing process and driving accountability without owning decisions
- Able to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with shifting priorities
- Comfortable managing ambiguity and creating structure with minimal direction
