AlphaSense is seeking a Content Analyst in Pune to join our growing global team. You will contribute to the quality and integrity of our content library by validating content, tagging metadata, and supporting onboarding processes.

Role overview

As a Content Analyst, you will help ensure the quality and integrity of our content library. You will validate, categorize, and enhance content so customers can efficiently discover market insights.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate newly added content for accuracy and completeness
• Tag content with precise metadata and taxonomy
• Perform data quality checks and flag inconsistencies
• Collaborate with Content Operations, Product, and Research teams to optimize content workflows
• Support content onboarding, audits, and remediation efforts
• Maintain documentation of processes and quality standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Library Science, Information Management, Business, or related)
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in Pune, India, and manage multiple tasks with deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with content management systems is a plus
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

• Experience in data quality, content operations, or research roles
• Knowledge of market intelligence or financial content is a plus
