About the Role

We are looking for a Content Analyst to join our team in Mumbai. In this role, you will contribute to the quality and integrity of our content that powers AlphaSense’s search and research capabilities.

Responsibilities

Review and evaluate incoming content for accuracy and quality
Tag metadata, classify information, and help maintain our content taxonomy
Identify gaps, anomalies, and inconsistencies in content
Collaborate with product, content, and QA teams to improve processes
Support localization and data entry tasks as needed

Requirements

Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proficiency with MS Excel or Google Sheets is a plus
