Role Overview

The Content Acquisition Manager will lead content strategy and licensing initiatives to expand AlphaSense's data catalog and ensure access to high-quality content for customers.

Responsibilities

• Identify content opportunities and evaluate potential data providers.
• Negotiate licensing terms, pricing, and contracts with vendors.
• Manage ongoing vendor relationships and performance.
• Collaborate with Product, Research, and Legal teams to ensure data quality and compliance.
• Monitor licensing costs and contribute to budgeting and forecasting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in content licensing, partnerships, or procurement, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with data licensing models and content markets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred.
