Role Overview
The Content Acquisition Manager will lead content strategy and licensing initiatives to expand AlphaSense's data catalog and ensure access to high-quality content for customers.
Responsibilities
- Identify content opportunities and evaluate potential data providers.
- Negotiate licensing terms, pricing, and contracts with vendors.
- Manage ongoing vendor relationships and performance.
- Collaborate with Product, Research, and Legal teams to ensure data quality and compliance.
- Monitor licensing costs and contribute to budgeting and forecasting.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in content licensing, partnerships, or procurement, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with data licensing models and content markets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred.
