- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Design surveys and interviews to gather customer feedback and measure satisfaction
- Prepare clear reports and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Experience in market or customer research, data analysis, or related roles
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Proficiency with SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
