AlphaSense is seeking an Associate, Client Research to support our client-facing teams by performing targeted research and synthesizing insights that inform how customers use our market intelligence platform. This is a remote role based in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand client needs, use cases, and industry trends.
- Gather and analyze client feedback, market signals, and competitive intelligence to inform product and service improvements.
- Prepare client-ready insights, briefs, and reports that translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with Client Success, Sales, and Product teams to drive client outcomes and adoption.
- Contribute to onboarding and training materials to help clients maximize value from AlphaSense.
- Manage multiple research projects with competing deadlines while maintaining data quality and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Passion for turning data into actionable client insights.
