Application Specialist, Financial Data

Overview

AlphaSense is seeking an Application Specialist, Financial Data to join our remote team serving clients in the United States. This customer-facing role supports the deployment, configuration, and ongoing use of AlphaSense's financial data platform.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients to the platform and facilitate data integration for financial datasets.
\n
• Configure data feeds, search templates, and analytics dashboards to meet client requirements.
\n
• Provide training and ongoing support to users, answer questions, and troubleshoot data-related issues.
\n
• Collaborate with product, data science, and sales teams to identify improvements and advocate for customer needs.
\n
• Maintain documentation, best practices, and knowledge base for customers.
\n

Qualifications

• Experience with financial data, market data, or analytics.
\n
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
\n
• Familiarity with APIs, data feeds, SQL or similar data querying.
\n
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
\n
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
\n
