The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a Recruiter
to own and manage the full-cycle hiring process across multiple departments. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional candidate experience, partnering closely with hiring managers, and bringing top-tier talent into Superhuman to fuel our rapid growth.What You’ll Do
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process (intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding coordination).
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, create scorecards, and design effective interview processes.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build strong candidate pipelines.
• Drive an outstanding candidate experience that reflects our brand and culture.
• Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, candidate satisfaction) and continuously improve.
• Contribute to employer brand initiatives
by showcasing our culture, people, and mission in the hiring process.• Stay current on talent trends in eCommerce, sports nutrition, and DTC marketing.
What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in DTC, consumer brands, or fast-growth environments.
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices
– sourcing, assessments, interviewing, and offers.• Experience hiring across marketing, creative, operations, and product roles.
• Excellent communicator who can influence, engage, and build trust with candidates and hiring managers.
• Results-oriented and highly organized; comfortable managing multiple searches at once.
• Passion for fitness, sports nutrition, or performance-driven brands is a big plus
.We believe in fair and competitive pay. For this role, the expected compensation range is $55,000- $85,000 (based on experience, skills, and qualifications). Final offers may vary within this range and will also take into account internal equity and market data.
