Technical Consultant - Europe
Alpaca is hiring a Technical Consultant to help clients integrate the Alpaca API and build trading applications. This remote role focuses on Europe (and related regions) and involves technical enablement, onboarding, and advisory services to customers integrating Alpaca’s APIs.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical onboarding and hands-on integration support for Alpaca’s API across customer environments.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with Solutions Engineers and Product teams.
- Develop and maintain technical guides, sample code, and best practices for API usage.
- Deliver product demonstrations and technical enablement sessions for customers.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and provide proactive technical support.
Qualifications
- Strong experience with APIs and software development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and JavaScript.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, SDKs, and cloud infrastructure.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in fintech or trading platforms is a plus.
