Here’s what you will need to succeed in the Senior Order Administrator role:

  • Strong background in order allocation, workflow management, exception resolution, and shipping across multiple carriers
  • Proficiency with WMS/ERP systems, Microsoft Office, shipping platforms, and related tools (postage, barcoding, labeling, EDI)
  • Hands-on experience in inventory management, including accuracy, replenishment, location maintenance, order imports, and retail compliance.
  • Detail-oriented with proven accuracy in data entry and ability to follow established procedures
  • Skilled at multitasking, staying organized, and working under pressure in a fast-paced environment while staying focused and collaborative
  • A strong communicator who thrives working with cross-functional teams to deliver results for customers
  • High school diploma required; some college preferred
  • Five plus years of experience in order processing, logistics administration, and export compliance
  • You will be responsible for:

  • Receiving and processing incoming customer orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Communicate order status, shipping dates, and potential delays to Account Management
  • Preparing and managing export shipment documents for compliance and on-time delivery
  • Scheduling production and overseeing work order planning and completion
  • Monitoring and optimizing inventory accuracy through bin slotting and WMS configuration
  • Researching and resolving issues related to shipments, deliveries (incoming/outgoing), and inventory discrepancies
  • Managing customer orders on B2B and vendor-net platforms as required
  • Generating reports on capacity, utilization, and operational efficiency
  • Collaborating on special projects and process improvement initiatives.

    Special Requirements:

    Requires ability to move freely throughout the facility (may include walking up and down stairs, through tight or congested areas, as well as up or down ladders), ability to lift, pull, and push up to 30 lbs., ability to verify, by sight, accuracy of product paperwork.
