🎯 Requirements

- Strong knowledge of IFRS and local statutory accounting; US GAAP a plus.
- Experience with indirect tax compliance (VAT), statutory audits, and regulatory reporting.
- Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems and strong financial processes.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills; strong partnering.
- Proven experience driving process improvements, system implementations, and scalable frameworks.
