WHY JOIN ALO?

Mindful movement. It’s at the core of why we do what we do at ALO—it’s our calling. Because mindful movement in the studio leads to better living. It changes who yogis are off the mat, making their lives and their communities better. That’s the real meaning of studio-to-street: taking the consciousness from practice on the mat and putting it into practice in life.

SITE MERCHANDISING COORDINATOR

As Site Merchandising Coordinator, you will play a key role in executing and optimizing the digital product experience across Alo’s e-commerce platform. You will ensure timely, accurate site updates that reflect the brand’s storytelling and deliver a seamless, customer-first shopping journey. Blending the art of visual merchandising with the science of data-driven optimization, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring marketing initiatives to life online, analyze site performance to uncover opportunities, and contribute to innovative merchandising strategies that drive engagement and sales growth.

RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Coordinate product launches with site updates to ensure accurate, on-time execution with a customer-first mindset
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to sort products daily & optimize online presentation for marketing initiatives
  • Implement site merchandising strategies through a mix of manual product placement, algorithmic updates, and search/PLP optimizations to drive sales growth, highlight key stories, and create a seamless shopping experience
  • Analyze key site metrics (CVR, CTR, AOV, etc.) to uncover trends and inform merchandising improvements
  • Research and share emerging e-commerce trends to inspire new merchandising ideas and innovations

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-2 years of professional experience supporting ecommerce teams or site merchandising teams
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for e-commerce and online retail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or content management systems a plus
