🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, ops, or engineering; Master’s preferred.
- 8–12+ years of ops leadership in e-commerce or fulfillment.
- Proven experience leading large, multi-shift teams.
- Deep understanding of e-commerce fulfillment workflows and last-mile.
- Strong data-driven decision making and KPI management.
- Experience leading automation, technology, and change initiatives.
- Financial acumen with site-level P&L or budget ownership.
