Create, modify, and grade patterns based on sketches and fit requirements
Develop first, prototypes, and production patterns for garments
Collaborate with designers and teams to ensure design intent, fit, and construction
Conduct fit sessions and apply pattern corrections
Digitize, update, and manage patterns using CAD software
Support grading and size consistency; maintain pattern libraries

🎯 Requirements

Proven experience as a Patternmaker in apparel or related industry
Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, and textiles
Proficiency in patternmaking software (CAD) and/or manual patternmaking
Ability to interpret design sketches and technical specifications
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills

🎁 Benefits

Base salary $105,000-$125,000 per year (USD)
