📋 Description

• Lead analytics and growth strategies for e-commerce and retail.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and engineering.
• Develop statistical models and ML algorithms on large data sets.
• Build and maintain dashboards and executive reports.
• Translate complex data findings for non-technical stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or MS in quantitative field (math/stats/CS).
• PhD or MS in a quantitative discipline preferred.
• 5+ years in data science with DTC/e-commerce/retail analytics.
• Strong statistical modeling and ML algorithms.
• Python or R, SQL, and ML libraries.
• Leadership/mentoring plus strong communication.

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range: $160,000-$200,000 per year.
