π― Requirements
- 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to coach and develop a team
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency; data-driven decision making
- Agile with ability to manage multiple tasks in a changing environment
- Ability to lift, push, carry up to 50 pounds
- Flexible hours including weekends and peak seasons
