📋 Description

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues and root cause process gaps with store leadership.
• Support shipments, receiving, replenishment, floor updates, and operations.
• Maintain strong visual standards and product flow on the sales floor.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business and guest needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of client-centric, sales and operational experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to move around the store and perform physical tasks; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment with shifting priorities.
• Flexible schedule including weekends during peak periods.
