📋 Description

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues; partner with GM to escalate gaps.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Move on the floor to meet business, team, and guest needs.
• Support shipments and product flow; merch placement and replenishment.
• Use metrics to support business-focused strategies and guest satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in client-centric sales/operational roles.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/move for shifts.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Self-motivated with drive to achieve results and excel as a team.
