📋 Description

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate inventory issues; escalate gaps with store leadership
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor
• Move dynamically on the sales floor to support guests and team
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, replenishment, and floor sets
• Use metrics to drive business decisions and actions

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a client-centric sales and operational environment
• Ability to lift, push, carry, or move up to 50 pounds
• Able to stand and move for an entire shift
• Requires constant movement around all store areas
• Strong customer service mindset and communication
• Self-motivated with a team-oriented drive to achieve results
