📋 Description

• Use data and strategy to reduce shrinkage in assigned stores.
• Partner with store teams to handle emergencies.
• Conduct investigations into theft, fraud, and loss-related activities.
• Monitor store activity with CCTV and surveillance tools.
• Analyze surveillance footage and gather evidence for investigations.
• Conduct regular store walks to enforce safety and security policies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Loss prevention/security/investigations experience (retail preferred).
• Ability to travel to sanctuaries within market.
• Flexible schedule incl. evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient with surveillance tools, RFID, Shopify, MS Office.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
