3D (CLO) Technical Designer

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a CLO 3D Technical Designer to join our Visualization team. The idealcandidate has hands-on experience with 3D garment development (CLO, Browzwear,Optitex, or Style3D) and a strong foundation in technical design, fitting, and patterndevelopment. This role plays a key part in developing high-quality 3D assets and digitalworkflows that shape the future of ALO’s product creation.This is an exciting opportunity for a detail oriented, creative, and motivated individual whois passionate about fashion construction, fit, and digital design. You will assistVisualization team members, participate in digital fittings, and help bring innovative 3Dconcepts to life.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support Visualization team in assembling 3D garments based on fit direction fromthe Technical Design team'
• Build, modify, and manage 3D garment files in CLO and CLO-SET
• Assist in organizing and managing the 3D asset library, including blocks, fabrics, trims, and avatars
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Technical Design, Design, and ProductDevelopment
• Participate in digital fittings and document/communicate fit feedback clearly with internal teams and external vendors
• Manage and track 3D creation projects, ensuring timely deliverables and accurate version control for all 3D styles•
  Maintain clear file organization and communication with vendors and cross-functional partners
• Support onboarding and training initiatives for new team members as skills develop
• Test and evaluate new digital tools, providing actionable feedback
• Develop and maintain best practices for garment construction and 3D asset quality, including updates to the 3D standards manual

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of experience in apparel technical design, 3D product creation, and/or arelated field
• Proficient in CLO 3D (Browzwear, Optitex, or Style3D a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Technical Design, or related disciplinepreferred
• Basic knowledge of garment construction and fit (patternmaking experience a plus)
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects
• Familiarity with PLM systems and digital workflows
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passionate about digital innovation, 3D technology, and sustainable productcreation

The Base Salary Range for this position is $90,000 -$120,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the Company’s total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
