Lead Strategic Projects: Manage and deliver large-scale ventures from inception to execution, ensuring alignment with Almedia’s quality standards and strategic goals.
Client Management: Serve as the primary contact for clients, maintaining proactive communication and managing expectations to ensure satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
Develop and Enhance Methodologies: Lead workshops and apply innovative methods like Design Thinking and Lean Startup to ensure high-quality project deliverables.
Mentor and Develop Teams: Guide and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Account and Proposal Management: Oversee small corporate accounts, including budgeting and stakeholder relationships, and lead the creation of tailored project proposals.
Proven experience in project leadership with a focus on venture building or innovation consulting.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage large projects and cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills, capable of managing client relationships and expectations effectively.
Proficiency in creating high-quality outputs such as whitepapers and frameworks, with experience in offer writing and account management.
Bonus: Deep knowledge of innovation methods and a master's degree in a related field.
