Senior Backend & Data Engineer

We’re looking for a versatile engineer to bridge backend and data engineering. You’ll build APIs, connect systems, and develop scalable data pipelines on GCP to keep data flowing reliably across the company.

What You’ll Do 🎯

• Build APIs and services in Python to integrate systems and third-party tools

• Develop and optimise ETL/ELT pipelines on GCP for structured and semi-structured data

• Ensure data quality, monitoring, and reliability across all workflows

• Support attribution migration from backend to data team

• Lead data integration with CRM Braze and other key platforms

• Collaborate closely with backend teams in Berlin and Armenia

What You’ll Bring 💡

• 3–4 years of engineering experience with strong academic/technical background

• Solid skills in Python and SQL; experience with data pipelines and APIs

• Hands-on knowledge of data modelling and warehouse optimisation

• Familiarity with orchestration tools (Airflow/Dagster) and CI/CD practices

• Strong problem-solving mindset and ownership of end-to-end delivery
