People Operations Partner

📍 Berlin onsite

We’re looking for a People Operations Partner to ensure smooth people operations and oversee daily administrative activities at Almedia.

You Will:

  • Handle core admin: contracts, document checks, compliance basics, employee queries

  • Own onboarding/offboarding logistics, equipment tracking, and documentation

  • Maintain HRIS data accuracy and routine updates, support process improvements

  • Manage travel: bookings, invites, follow-ups, and approvals

  • Coordinate employee surveys and engagement initiatives

  • Payroll Prep & Benefits: Collect variables, update Personio, file docs, run monthly benefit checks, first-line support.

You Have:

  • 2+ years in People/HR operations at a startup or growing company

  • You’ve got a sharp eye for detail and thrive in the rhythm of high-volume, fast-moving work.

  • Familiarity with German employment basics; able to read letters and make calls is a plus

  • Hands-on experience with HRIS and everyday office tools

  • Full proficiency in English required; German (B2) nice to have
