We're seeking an experienced performance marketer to join our team. We’re keen on growing further into the education non-profit space and expand into adjacent non-profit verticals like healthcare, arts & culture.
You'll be responsible for improving our paid acquisition channels. Your focus will be on deeply understanding our customers' problems, optimizing user experiences on ads/the website, and implementing breadcrumbs that nudge prospects down the funnel to generate pipeline.
This role has two major responsibilities - performance marketing & pipeline ops.
Set up, manage, & scale campaigns on different ad platforms - Google, Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Capterra, Reddit, etc.
Understand audience problems, & behavior to target & re-market contextually.
Write quirky & intriguing ad copies and translate them to visual ideas. Work with the design team to give a form to your ideas & imagination.
Report & analyze spend, performance, & campaign effectiveness.
Break down pipeline targets to channel/campaign level objectives and execute.
Dissect & diagnose the funnel to identify bottlenecks.
Work closely with the sales team, provide timely feedback and intel to ensure the shared pipeline goal is met.
Setup & fix workflows that help with lead flow, reporting, conversions across the funnel from website to deals.
Must-Haves:
Bangalore-based this will be a hybrid role for candidates in Bangalore.
1-3 years of experience as a performance marketer, preferably in B2B SaaS.
Familiarity with ad platforms [Google, LinkedIn, Capterra, Meta, Reddit], HubSpot CRM, GA4, etc.
Ability to structure thoughts, communicate clearly, & make genuine compelling pitches to convince stakeholders about your decisions.
Be detail-oriented, analytical & have strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to come up with hypotheses, experiment & reason out the results.

Audit existing paid marketing efforts.
Align with sales and marketing on OKRs.

Work with product marketing to tweak messaging & copy.
Run experiments that improve conversions across the funnel.
Identify and surface bottlenecks in the sales funnel.
Craft strategy for new markets, new campaigns or overhaul it to suit goals.
Drive consistent pipeline growth, reduce CAC, improve ROI
You will take on larger mandates for the organisation because you understand the customer’s pain points and the market movements really well.
You will work with your manager on identifying new areas of growth for you and the team.
