Overview
Alma is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Manager to help scale our sales engine, improve forecasting, manage data quality, and enable revenue growth in a remote-friendly environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize sales processes, pipeline management, and territory alignment.
- Administer and optimize the CRM (Salesforce) and related tools; build dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and product to improve data quality and performance.
- Develop scalable reporting, analytics, and enablement materials for the sales team.
- Lead process improvement initiatives and ensure data integrity for leadership reviews.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in sales operations or revenue operations.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, forecasting, and KPI reporting.
- Proficient with Salesforce; comfortable with SQL and Excel; experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, or related field.
