Position: Product Manager, Billing

We are seeking a results-driven Product Manager to lead Alma's Billing platform. You will own the product strategy, define the roadmap, and drive end-to-end delivery in collaboration with engineering, design, data, and cross-functional partners. Your work will directly impact revenue cycle efficiency and patient experience.

Responsibilities

Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for Alma's Billing platform, aligning with company goals and customer needs.
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Compliance, and Customer Success to deliver value-driven features.
Collect and synthesize requirements from clinicians, billing teams, patients, and partners; translate into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Prioritize the backlog, write product requirements, and manage release planning.
Define success metrics (adoption, activation, revenue impact, churn) and optimize the product based on data.
Partner with pricing, packaging, and go-to-market efforts for Billing features.
Ensure regulatory compliance, security, and data privacy across the billing workflow.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to guide product decisions.

Qualifications

4+ years of product management experience in fintech, payments, or SaaS, preferably with a Billing or Revenue-focused product.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL or data visualization to inform decisions.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and delivering end-to-end features from discovery to launch.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus.
