Alma is a rapidly growing company delivering innovative financial solutions for healthcare providers. We are seeking an Enablement Manager to help scale our teams by building world-class training and onboarding programs that accelerate adoption of Alma’s services.

About the Role

As Enablement Manager, you will design and lead enablement programs for our sales and customer success teams, create training curricula, onboarding processes, and enable revenue teams to achieve their goals. This is a remote role supporting teams across North America.

What you’ll do

Develop and own enablement programs, onboarding, and content
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to identify skill gaps and craft curricula
Measure impact with KPIs, dashboards, and feedback loops
Create scalable training assets (modules, workshops, e-learning, playbooks)
Facilitate training sessions and coaching; maintain knowledge base
Drive process improvements and cross-functional collaboration

Requirements

3+ years in enablement, training, or sales enablement
Experience designing and delivering training programs
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and LMS platforms
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
Excellent project management and organizational skills
