Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to assess estate planning goals and assets.
• Prepare and review wills, living wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents.
• Coordinate with attorneys, CPAs, and other advisors to implement and monitor plans.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely plan updates.
• Stay current on state laws and best practices in estate planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, law, or a related field.
• Experience in estate planning, trust administration, or financial planning is preferred.
• Strong client communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of trusts, probate, and basic tax considerations is a plus.
