Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive growth for Revenue Cycle Services (RCS) solutions. You will manage the full sales cycle, develop a robust pipeline, articulate a compelling value proposition, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address customer needs. This is a remote role with coverage across North America.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage end-to-end sales cycles for Revenue Cycle Services solutions
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities; build and maintain a healthy pipeline
  • Deliver tailored value propositions and compelling presentations to healthcare providers and payers
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Services teams to craft proposals and responses to RFPs
  • Negotiate contracts and terms; accurately forecast and achieve quota goals
  • Maintain CRM records, track opportunities, and provide regular pipeline updates

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of healthcare revenue cycle or healthcare IT software sales experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a SaaS/solution selling environment
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Willingness to travel as needed; remote-friendly with ability to work across time zones
