Overview
Veradigm is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst (Service Cloud) for a remote-friendly role. This position focuses on designing, configuring, and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud solutions to improve customer service delivery and agent productivity. The role is suitable for candidates located in North America and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful service initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements for Salesforce Service Cloud initiatives
- Analyze current service delivery processes and map future state designs
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with IT, Product, and Operations to design and configure Service Cloud solutions
- Support data mapping, data quality, and data migration efforts
- Coordinate and participate in testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Create training materials and provide user support to ensure adoption
- Partner with vendors/partners as needed and manage stakeholder expectations
- Monitor system performance and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst with Service Cloud experience
- Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to write clear documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Data analysis and reporting skills; familiarity with Salesforce data model
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
