Overview

Veradigm is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team in a remote capacity. This role focuses on Salesforce Service Cloud implementations and enhancements to optimize customer service workflows and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for Salesforce Service Cloud projects.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories.
• Design and optimize service workflows, case management, knowledge base, and omni-channel routing within Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Configure Salesforce Service Cloud with guidance from IT/Development teams; support automation (Flows), validations, and UI changes.
• Lead user acceptance testing, coordinate with QA, and support change management and training.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor service metrics and KPIs for leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst on Salesforce Service Cloud projects or similar CRM platforms.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and creating functional specifications.
• Experience with data mapping/migrations and basic Salesforce administration is a plus.
