Veradigm is seeking an Instructor - Payer Risk Adjustment - Remote to join its payer risk adjustment team. In this role you will develop and deliver training materials and sessions for clients and internal teams, focusing on payer risk adjustment workflows and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training materials on payer risk adjustment processes.
- Lead live or asynchronous training sessions for clients and staff, remotely.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support payer programs and data workflows.
- Assess client needs and tailor education to diverse audiences.
- Stay current on payer risk adjustment regulations and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience with payer risk adjustment programs and healthcare data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to teach complex topics.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage multiple trainings.
