Overview
Senior HRBP at Alloy, partnering with GTM (Go-To-Market) leaders and core business functions to shape people strategy that enables rapid growth and organizational effectiveness. You will serve as a trusted advisor, blending people program design with business insight to help Alloy scale responsibly.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other functions to translate business strategy into actionable people plans.
- Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives to support growth in GTM and business functions.
- Drive talent acquisition strategies for high-velocity GTM teams; collaborate with recruiting to attract top talent.
- Lead performance management, succession planning, and development programs; coach managers on feedback and performance improvement.
- Analyze HR metrics (turnover, time-to-hire, diversity) and provide data-driven recommendations; partner with HRIS/people analytics teams.
- Manage employee relations, policy development, and compliance with a focus on inclusive, transparent practices.
- Partner with Total Rewards on compensation and benefits programs aligned with business needs.
- Cultivate a culture of inclusion, belonging, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Requirements
- 7+ years of HRBP/generalist experience, ideally in high-growth environments supporting GTM teams.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to partner with executives and influence across functions.
- Experience in workforce planning, organizational design, performance management, and employee development.
- Proficiency with HRIS and people analytics; data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred.
