- Partner with Product and Engineering to identify certified integrations and joint solutions.

🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in alliances, BD, or tech partnerships in B2B SaaS with revenue track record.
- Direct experience with Workday and/or NetSuite in alliances/partner capacity, incl co-sell and certified integrations.
- Existing relationships within Workday and/or NetSuite alliances and field orgs.
- Proven ability to build from 0→1; comfortable with ambiguity and iterating quickly.
- Demonstrated success owning pipeline, revenue, and adoption goals tied to partner motions.
- Strong executive presence and influencing skills with VP+ stakeholders, even without direct authority.
