📋 Description

  • Own strategy/roadmap for Workday and NetSuite partnerships incl integration and GTM.
  • Define partner tiers, focus areas, and success metrics (pipeline, influenced revenue, adoption).
  • Build multi‑year joint plans aligning product roadmap, sales, and marketing investments.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to identify certified integrations and joint solutions.
  • Ensure integrations meet technical and GTM readiness (docs, enablement, references).
  • Establish feedback loops from partners/customers into the product roadmap to differentiate.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in alliances, BD, or tech partnerships in B2B SaaS with revenue track record.
  • Direct experience with Workday and/or NetSuite in alliances/partner capacity, incl co-sell and certified integrations.
  • Existing relationships within Workday and/or NetSuite alliances and field orgs.
  • Proven ability to build from 0→1; comfortable with ambiguity and iterating quickly.
  • Demonstrated success owning pipeline, revenue, and adoption goals tied to partner motions.
  • Strong executive presence and influencing skills with VP+ stakeholders, even without direct authority.
