Line Training Specialist

📋 Description

• Plan and schedule training inside the aircraft.
• Oversee training coverage, travel, FAA compliance and resources.
• Assist Supervisor of Line Training with communication and scheduling.
• Facilitate and schedule company line training and regulatory events.
• Provide data support for training scheduling and planning.
• Drive down crew training costs via scheduling and resource utilization.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Authorized to work in the US
• Must pass Criminal Background Check
• 3+ years airline industry experience
• 3+ years scheduling/dispatching or crew/training scheduling
• Excel and MS Office proficiency
