Supervise maintenance ops; ensure compliance with 14 CFR, FAA/OSHA, and the GMM.
Plan and prioritize work to minimize delays and ensure timely aircraft delivery.
Coordinate with Materials to ensure required parts arrive when needed.
Train mechanics and evaluate the OJT program; enforce safety.
Ensure OSHA safety guidelines are followed; provide safety training.
Oversee shift turnover, meetings, and status to Maintenance Control.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s in Engineering or Aviation Management; related field; A&P Associate considered.
Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license required.
12+ years A&P on similar aircraft; 10+ years supervisory/management.
Authorized to work in the US; pass background check.
MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Valid driver’s license with clean record; own required tools.
