Responsibilities:

• Prepares timely and accurate financial statements to summarize and forecast the company’s financial status.

• Produces and manages balance sheets and analyzes future earnings and expenses.

• Manage accounting, auditing and budgeting within the organization.

• Own preparations for audits and third party reviews.

• Works to reconcile accounting inaccuracies or imbalances.

• Owns and maintains ledger of all crypto transactions and balances and makes related entries as needed to reflect them appropriately in our financial records

• Ensures compliance with and prepares reports according to applicable government regulations.

• Uses and maintains accounting software (Quickbooks Online) to maintain records and prepare reports.

• Manages accounting staff, including delegation of tasks career development.

• Coordinates with and prepares reports for upper management.

• Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
