Algorithmic Trading Senior Manager

📋 Description

• Design and deploy automated market-making algorithms for sports betting markets to optimize revenue and risk.
• Lead 24/7 operations of the algo trading team for continuous optimization.
• Build and maintain forecasting models using real-time data feeds and market signals.
• Manage order flow and risk across thousands of markets, including combo markets.
• Aggregate pricing data from APIs and web sources to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering to reduce latency and improve system reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in quantitative or algorithmic trading, ideally in sports betting.
• Proven track record of positive P&L from systematic trading.
• Deep understanding of market microstructure, liquidity, and order books.
• Experience with automated trading systems and position management.
• Familiarity with trading APIs and programmatic order execution.
• Strong programming in Python/C++/Java/Golang and ML-based forecasting.
