Overview

Algolia is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive for the Nordics region. This remote role focuses on Nordic markets and requires building strategic relationships with senior executives, managing end-to-end sales cycles, and driving revenue growth for Algolia's search and discovery solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue enterprise opportunities across the Nordics.
  • Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract.
  • Develop and maintain accurate forecast and pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers and Customer Success to ensure successful deployments.
  • Build executive relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, ideally in search or data/products.
  • Proven track record of quota attainment in Nordics/EMEA.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and value-based selling.
  • English fluency; Nordic language skills a plus.
