Role: Enterprise Account Executive - Nordics

Based in London, England, you will own revenue generation for the Nordics region, partnering with customers from initial outreach to close and expansion. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and long-term partnerships while helping Algolia expand its presence in enterprise accounts across the Nordics.

What you'll do

  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of enterprise opportunities in the Nordics region.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle from qualification to close and expansion opportunities.
  • Build and nurture relationships with C-level and technical stakeholders to articulate value and ROI.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, Marketing, and Legal to close complex deals.
  • Hit and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets and contribute to regional growth.
  • Negotiate contracts, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth deal multidisciplinary execution.
  • Travel as needed to engage with customers and partners across the Nordics.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably in SaaS.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in enterprise accounts.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build credibility with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Self-m motivated, strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills.
  • Experience selling to the Nordics market and managing long, complex sales cycles.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Algolia or search-related technologies.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
