  • Lead integrated lifecycle marketing strategy across email, nurture, and campaigns.
  • Own end-to-end lifecycle programs from strategy to execution and optimization.
  • Build persona-based lifecycle programs to move leads from MQL to SAL/opportunity.
  • Orchestrate campaigns; collaborate with marketing team; report on performance.
  • QA campaigns in Marketo; partner with Marketing Ops for lead flow and reporting.
  • Align with SDR/AE teams to support funnel, conversations, and pipeline.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in marketing, sales, consulting, or related at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Hands-on Marketo or other marketing automation experience.
  • Salesforce CRM experience; campaign tracking and lead flow.
  • Litmus for email QA and deliverability (preferred).
  • Knowledge of CAN-SPAM and GDPR compliance.
  • Remote role; Mexico residence required (remote in Mexico only).
