Customer Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies and programs that drive engagement, product adoption, and growth across the customer lifecycle. This role is critical to the success of Customer Success, Account Management, Marketing, and Product teams, fostering collaboration to achieve shared goals. By leveraging data-driven campaigns, automated programs, impactful events, and tailored communications, the Customer Marketing Manager works to increase product usage, expand use cases, and improve overall customer retention. Additionally, this role partners closely with the customer advocacy team to cultivate a dedicated group of “raving fans” who champion AlertMedia within the industry.Who you are
