Technical Account Manager / Conversion Tracking Specialist
We are looking for a Technical Account Manager / Conversion Tracking Specialist to join our Microsoft team supporting agencies and advertisers.
What Youll Do
- Work together with account managers in setting up, performance optimization and troubleshooting of performance campaigns on Microsoft Ads
- Work with the Microsoft Advertising technical support team to resolve conversion tracking and performance issues
- Push Conversion API implementation to improve conversion tracking and campaign performance
- Expertly implement, audit, and troubleshoot conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and the UET tag
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to tracking discrepancies, data feed errors, API integrations, and audience syncing
- Manage and optimize product feeds for Google Merchant Center, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with best practices
- Utilize Microsoft Advertising Scripts to improve efficiency and campaign performance
- Stay at the forefront of Microsoft Ads product updates, industry trends, and beta opportunities, testing and integrating new features
- Educate and train account managers at Aleph and partner agencies, and client marketing managers on technical aspects Microsoft Advertising products and campaign performance
What You Need for this role
- 3+ years working at digital performance agencies or performance focused advertisers supporting SEM campaigns
- Experience in running campaigns on Microsoft/Bing Ads or Google Ads
- Experience in GTM, conversion tracking, product feeds and Merchant Center
- Strong proficiency in PMax / Performance Max, Shopping campaigns, and various bidding strategies
- Strong proficiency in GA4
- Fluency in English
