This role serves as the main point of contact for all communications to and from the sales force, liaising with multiple departments, particularly Sales. Working closely with the Regional Trade Supervisor, the position is responsible for following up on the education program, maintaining up-to-date communication with clients, and conducting the annual reconciliation of customer investments to process yearly agreements with key agencies. The role also manages daily business data queries and supply forecasts, while collaborating with other teams such as Legal, Sales Administration, Billing, and Collections.
