About the Role

We're looking for an awesome Pinterest Head of Sales Solutions who can lead a team of Solutions Experts focused on driving sales, growth, and client success for the Aleph Pinterest partnership. This role requires a strategic leader who can oversee enablement, performance, cross-functional, and operational initiatives to ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary skills, resources, and support to excel. The manager will be responsible for fostering a collaborative environment, identifying areas for improvement, and coordinating with both internal Aleph teams and external Pinterest stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Development: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Sales Solutions Experts.
  • Set clear goals: Provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews for team members.
  • Foster a culture: Continuous learning, collaboration, and excellence within the team.
  • Strategic Oversight & Planning: Develop and implement strategies for sales enablement, performance optimization, cross-functional services, and sales operations within the Aleph Pinterest sales team.
  • Knowledge gaps: Identify key knowledge and skill gaps across the sales organization and direct the creation of appropriate training and development initiatives.
  • Tools & Narratives: Oversee the deployment of new narratives, tools, and best practices to the sales team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a primary point of contact and collaborate effectively with key internal stakeholders, including Aleph Pinterest Partnership Team, Sales Team, Sales Enablement, Marketing, Data and Insights, Creative, and Sales Ops.
  • External Collaboration: Coordinate with external partners at Pinterest such as Program Managers, Performance Solutions Experts, Brand and Creative Solutions, Measurement, Insights, and Customer Support.
  • Program & Project Management: Oversee the execution of core initiatives driven by the team across onboarding, content management, skill development, performance advertising adoption, technical support, advanced optimization, reporting, marketing, measurement, creative solutions, customer education, insights, tools, dashboards, metrics, sales process, and customer support.
  • Blocker Resolution: Ensure timely completion of sales processes, accurate reporting, and effective utilization of tools and dashboards.
  • Problem Solving & Optimization: Proactively identify and address blockers preventing the sales team from achieving objectives; drive efforts to diagnose issues with performance campaigns and suggest fixes; ensure the team has access to relevant insights to drive sales and address client asks.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years experience in sales enablement, operations, or a similar role within a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate complex ideas into actionable plans.
  • Experience with advertising platforms, particularly Pinterest, is a plus.
