TikTok Performance Unit is a result-oriented team inside Aleph (formerly Httpool) that manages a wide portfolio of Apps, Gaming, Health & Fitness, and eCommerce clients helping them to scale, conquer new markets, launch new products, and increase profitability. We go beyond just campaign management. We are eager to dig into product-side analytics and help improve the unit economics of our clients to reach their KPIs. Our clients operate on a global scale.

What you are going to do:

  • Onboard new clients from the introduction of TikTok platform opportunities to assist with campaign creation and optimization.
  • Perform account audits, creative analysis, product data analysis, and craft effective planning to reach clients’ KPIs.
  • Support the client during the execution either through hands-on campaign management or consultancy calls and step-by-step guides.
  • Find new opportunities for scaling by introducing new features on TikTok platforms, entering new markets, launching new products, developing funnels, and adjusting marketing strategies or product updates.
  • Maintain regular proactive communication with clients to ensure client growth.
  • Resolve client issues in an efficient, discreet manner, and support with the implementation of solutions that prevent future problems.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert shedding light on industry trends and insights.
  • Work closely with teams of Client Partners, Sales, Analytics, and TikTok teams from different regions we work with.
  • Facilitate a synchronized, three-way collaboration among yourself, the client, and TikTok teams to drive long-term results and maximize performance.

Who you are:

  • Positive attitude with a drive to go above and beyond.
  • Detail-oriented and able to successfully manage and execute multiple projects.
  • Minimum 2 years proficiency in Performance Marketing: user acquisition/lead generation with strong abilities to follow and reach KPIs.
  • Expertise with online advertising, analytics, and social media with advertising on TikTok or Meta platforms.
  • Structured and analytical mindset.
  • Strong communication, time management, and organization skills.
  • Proficient in Ukrainian and/or Russian languages.
  • Outstanding knowledge of trends, markets, and opportunities.
  • Ability to efficiently communicate internally and externally with excellent communication skills in English.
  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Economics, Social Sciences, or similar.
  • Knowledge of MMPs like Appsflyer, Adjust and Google Analytics, or Shopify is a strong plus. Product marketing experience is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively for successful performance in a dynamic business environment.
